Queensland working dogs - History in Pictures

Each June, International Take Your Dog to Work Day is celebrated. Some folks are lucky enough to have jobs where this is possible, but not everyone has a dog friendly work place. So if you can't bring your dog to work but want to join in the fun, here are some working dogs brought to you, thanks to State Library's digitised collections. As you can see from the pictures below, Queensland dogs have played an important part in our working lives over the decades.
