How to pay

You can pay online with your Visa or Mastercard via State Library's secure payment method BPoint.

Please include your first and last name, email address and payment amount.

For payments related to lost or damaged items, include the invoice number located on the upper left-hand side of the Tax Invoice.

To help us process your payment, email finance@slq.qld.gov.au once you have submitted your EFT payment.

For payments related to lost or damaged items allow 3 business days (Mon - Fri) after payment for your borrowing privileges to be reinstated.
