This real estate map from 1926 advertises 43 allotments of land for sale at the Greenfields Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Graceville. The allotments were situated along Strong Avenue, Magee Street, Margaret Street (now Tweedale Stree) and John Street (now Allardyce Street).

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.

"These select sites, situated in Strong Avenue, Magee and John Streets, easy walking distance to station, good train service, water and electric light in the Estate." (The Telegraph, 18 June 1926, p.20).

A public auction was held to be held at the site on the afternoon of 19 June 1926. The results of the auction do not appear to have been published in Brisbane newspapers.
