Discover more of Colleen’s story and artworks in The unbroken spirit of the Kalkadoons exhibition on level 2. Recently announced as a 2025 Queensland Reconciliation Award winner, the exhibition is a tribute to survival and the enduring power of culture to heal the land and its people. The exhibition includes family friendly labels to support children and families exploring the exhibition together.
Before you book
- This workshop is for children 6 and up.
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Accompanying parents, carers and support workers are free.
- Each ticket includes 1 canvas – please buy a ticket for each person in your group who would like their own canvas. Additional paper for experimentation and play will be provided for all.
- Wipes and aprons will be provided however we recommend wearing clothes that are suitable for this painting activity.
