The Edge Arturia MINILAB-MK3 Midi Keyboards can be used with music software applications such as Ableton, Logic, Garage Band, ProTools and FL Studio. Featuring 25 keys, pressure-sensitive pads, and automation controllers.

Equipment may only be borrowed by people with a State Library of Queensland membership with Queensland residency status who have completed a General induction at The Edge.

Ensure the keyboards are used within The Edge building only.

The Zoom H4N Pro is a portable audio recorder and audio interface that can be used for various applications such as podcasting, audio sampling and music. It features 2 built-in condenser microphones and 2 combo XLR/TRS inputs for external microphones and instruments.  ​

The audio interface feature also allows audio to be recorded directly to a computer.  ​

Capture every angle with a 360 camera! Experience immersive, high-quality photos and videos that let you relive every moment, perfect for adventures, events, and virtual tours. The Edge has two Insta360 One X2 and two Insta360 One RS cameras for use within The Edge spaces. ​

Each comes in a hard case with USB power cable and protective lens cap. The cameras need a device with the Insta360 app installed to work.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 6 gimbal is used to help stabilise video footage and photo captures taken with a smartphone. ​

The DJI Pro DSLR gimbal is used to hold a DSLR camera in a manner that helps stabilise video and photo capture. ​

Needs the Ronin app installed to work.

The Edge has two Meta Quest 2 All-in-One VR headsets available for public use. The headsets are fully wireless, with no PC or console required. They are a great introduction to VR and can be used for creativity and storytelling along with gaming and community building. 

Note that virtual reality may cause motion sickness.

The Edge VR Headsets kit includes:​
