Meeting rooms level 4
Members can book a meeting room on level 4 for 1 or 2 persons.
Rooms are available for a maximum of 3 hours a day:
10am–1pm & 2–5pm
Meeting rooms level 3
Members can book a meeting room on level 3 for 1 or 2 persons.
Rooms are available for a maximum of 3 hours a day:
Mon-Thu: 10am-8pm
Fri-Sun: 10am-5pm
Meeting rooms level 2
Members can book a meeting room on level 2 for 1 or 2 persons.
Rooms are available for a maximum of 3 hours a day:
Mon-Thu: 10am-8pm
Fri-Sun: 10am–5pm
Level 4 study spaces
John Oxley Library quiet study area
Members can book an individual study space on level 4.
Desks are available for two sessions daily:
10am–1pm & 2–5pm
Please note: Heritage Collections are not available in this area. To access these collections, please book a space in the Heritage Collections access area.

Members can access our Heritage Collections on level 4.
Spaces are available for two sessions daily:
10am–1pm & 2–5pm.
Please request any collection items in One Search before your booking so they can be ready for your session. We recommend requesting your items at least one day prior to your visit. Please note: To protect our valuable collections, food and drink, bags and pens are not permitted in this area.
Specific equipment
Microform and family history research
Members can book to use the microfilm reader printer, Minolta reader printer, microfiche reader or microfilm reader.
AV Viewing room
Members can book the AV Viewing Room on Level 2 to view audio visual material in our collection. Please request your viewing material through One Search, then collect your items at the level 3 desk. The room is for individual use and is available for three sessions daily:
Mon-Thu: 10am-1.50pm, 2pm–4.50pm & 5pm-7.50pm
Fri-Sun: 10am–1.50pm & 2–4.50pm
