15 iconic Australian magazines have been added to the PressReader collection available online for free through State Library of Queensland. These newly available popular titles include The Australian Women’s Weekly, Dolly, Cosmopolitan, Gourmet Traveller, Australian Geographic, House & Garden, Good Health, Money, Elle, Empire and Motor. They take place alongside PressReader’s thousands of publications from over 70 countries in 37 languages.
These beautiful magazines appear on your screen just as they would in print, with easy-to-turn pages and a handy table of contents at the side.
Publications on PressReader can be located by country, title and language, and keyword searching is available in specific issues. Whether your passion is fashion, food, sport, travel, cars, science, technology, craft or news, there is something for you to enjoy in PressReader.
PressReader can be accessed through SLQ's One Search catalogue by following the Select Databases link and going in the alphabetical list of databases to “PressDisplay”.
It is available to all SLQ members, with onsite and remote access. If you’re not already an SLQ member, you can sign up for free membership at SLQ’s online membership page.
