This real estate map from 1920 advertises 90 allotments of land for sale at the Pioneer Estate, located in the Brisbane suburb of Zillmere. The allotments were situated on Pioneer Street, Victory Street, Birdwood Street, Glasgow Street and Handford Road (listed on the map as Main Sandgate Road).

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.

"On the crest of the Zillmere Ridge, only a stone's throw from the railway station, fronting the Sandgate-road, and adjoining Mr H.C. Luck's. The present improvements, a shop and dwelling and a cottage, will be sold with the land" (Brisbane Courier, May 28, 1920)

A public auction was to be held at the ground on the afternoon of May 29, 1920. The results of the sale do not appear to have been published in Brisbane newspapers.
