This real estate map from 1923 advertises 100 allotments of land for sale at the Mt Coolum Beach Estate (2nd section) on the Sunshine Coast. The allotments were situated along Coolum Terrace, Scrub Road and the Esplanade.

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers and in the Sunshine Coast newspaper Nambour Chronicle and North Coast Advertiser.

"Mount Coolum Beach possesses attractions far beyond any other seaside in South Queensland. Its superb and safe beach for surfing in paramount...The thrilling natural toboggan, which is to be reserved for the residents, mountaineering on Mt Coolum and Mt Peregian, where the views are so entrancing; scrub hunting for orchids and ferns in the gorge and in the dense tropical scrubs, and the wild flowers on the heath in September and October are beautiful beyond description." (Brisbane Courier, December 1, 1923)
