Localsearch helping rural businesses find calm among the chaos online

With so many digital products available these days, business owners can easily find themselves caught up in a tangled mess.
Cutting through the saturated online market is a tough slog for any company, but especially those based in rural areas.
Daniel Stoten, co-founder of Localsearch, spearheaded the company's transition to digital with the clear goal of helping other businesses do the same.
Localsearch is a digital marketing service which has been connecting businesses and people throughout the country for more than 25 years.
Recently, the company joined forces with Google Australia to host a duo of unique digital marketing events in regional Queensland whch focused on how SMEs can future-proof their businesses online.
Google Australia's digital brand and marketing specialist Charles Lorigan joined Localsearch director of marketing Adam Boote and head of search strategy Stuart Brown to discuss the future of digital marketing and address pain points with more than 70 business owners in Rockhampton and Mackay.
Boote said the events were a success and particularly nostalgic for the company which also began in regional Queensland. Read more
