Is this the first pamphlet published in Brisbane?

A pamphlet by journalist and public servant William A. Duncan, Esq. titled Lecture on national education: delivered at the School of Arts, Brisbane  on Thursday, the 20th June, 1850 (Brisbane: Printed and published by James Swan, Albert Street, MDCCCL), is purported to be the first ever pamphlet published in Brisbane.
