Disability support platform Hireup takes out first place in Deloitte Technology Fast 50

Sydney startup Hireup, an online platform looking to change the way Australians with a disability find, hire, and manage their home care and support workers, has come out in first place in this year’s Deloitte Technology Fast 50 list, with zipMoney and Zero Latency rounding out the top three.

Founded by brother and sister duo Jordan and Laura O’Reilly in 2014, the Hireup community has grown to more than 18,000 people across Australia, with 5,000 connections made between people with disability and support workers.

According to Deloitte, the company has seen 7,713 percent growth over a three year period, ahead of zipMoney’s 4,012 percent growth, and Zero Latency’s growth of 3,611 percent across the last three years.

Jordan O’Reilly said he was excited by the recognition the award brings to purpose-led organisations and the potential they have to bring about positive change at scale.
