Brisbane history buffs’ app a new way to view old photos

"Between the world’s oldest surviving photograph and the first digital camera hitting the shelves, there is 164 years’ worth of hard-copy photos that could be lost forever. “Unless our generation provides a user-friendly platform to digitise and share these photos soon, many will be lost forever,” Tony Fairweather said.
