This real estate map from 1911 advertises over 50 allotments of land for sale at the Adams Estate in the Brisbane suburb of Newmarket. The allotments were situated along South Street, Alderson Street, Wilston Road, Farm Street and two unnamed roads (now called Murell Street and Mina Parade).

Prior to the sale extensive publicity was published in Brisbane newspapers.

" right alongside the Newmarket Railway Station, where the pretty gum trees are...A nice, healthy elevated position, with pretty surroundings" (Brisbane Courier, March 18, 1911).
