Young artists of Meanjin: digital portrait drop-in workshop

Celebrate Brisbane Portrait Prize and the people of Meanjin/Brisbane with a fun, hands-on activity for children and families.

This free drop-in workshop invites young artists aged 5+ to use iPads and Apple Pencils to create their own digital portraits - from playful self-portraits to sketches of family, friends, or favourite Brisbane characters.

Facilitated by State Library’s Applied Creativity team, this lively session is a chance for kids to connect with the spirit of the city while exploring the Portrait Prize finalists on display.

No booking required for this free activity.
