'Remembering our Anzacs' workshop for schools (Year 4 to 9)
Join State Library as we uncover the stories of Queenslanders who played pivotal roles in World War I.
Through a fun ‘show and tell’ format, students will engage with artefacts from State Library’s collection including trench art, uniforms, military equipment, photographs, letters, diaries, medals, and souvenirs belonging to Queensland soldiers and nurses who served in World War I and connect with powerful stories of bravery, courage, mateship and sacrifice.
Lest we forget.
Workshop notes:
- This free, 40 minute workshop is open to all schools and will be live-streamed via Microsoft Teams.
