Queensland Memory Awards: Fellowships Online Information Session

Applications are now open for the 2026 Queensland Memory Awards research fellowships.

If you’re curious about being a Queensland Memory Awards fellow or have a project idea about Queensland history but aren’t sure where to start, this online information session is for you! We’ll cover how to write a strong application, address the selection criteria, walk through the online application form, discuss what makes a good research project, and give you a chance to ask questions.

If you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander applicant and are keen to apply for the Monica Clare Research Fellowship, join us from 7 pm to find out more about the fellowship and tips on submitting your application.

For more information watch the 2024 Information Night recording. A dedicated video is also available for Monica Clare Research Fellowship applicants.

Event notes: This meeting will be held on Microsoft Teams. A meeting link will be sent after you complete your booking—via the confirmation email, reminder email, and Outlook calendar invitation. The session will be recorded and shared on the Queensland Memory Awards Apply Now page and Vimeo Showcase.
