Students explore level 1 at the State Library of Queensland.
State Library of Queensland offers an exciting program of learning opportunities for students, educators, large groups and learners of all ages. Through our collections, exhibitions and events we aim to inspire, challenge and engage all Queenslanders to develop skills and knowledge for lifelong learners.
Group tours and self-guided visits are great ways to get to know State Library’s amazing spaces, collections and services. Our free guided tours last 45 minutes and are suitable for all groups including students, years 5 and up.
Guided tours are available to groups of students Year 5 through tertiary as well as teachers, librarians and other adult groups. Bookings close 14 days’ prior to each date. If your group has special requirements please contact us directly.
State Library is working to respond to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, with your health and safety our priority. Bookings for self-guided tours are currently suspended. Please check back in the future for when we resume this service.
