What does the future public library look like to you?
State Library of Queensland (SLQ), in collaboration with the Local Government Association of Queensland (LGAQ), and the Queensland Public Library Association (QPLA) are undertaking a review of The Next Horizon: VISION 2017 for Queensland public libraries. The review is being undertaken by researchers at the Digital Life Lab at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ).
We invite Queensland public library staff to contribute to reviewing and renewing the vision for Queensland public libraries by participating in an online questionnaire. The questionnaire will only take you about 15 minutes to complete. Complete the questionnaire here.
Please tell your colleagues about this opportunity – the more people participate, the more relevant and effective the vision will be to you, your library and the network of public libraries across Queensland.
For further information, review the participant information sheet or contact the project leader, Dr Kate Davis at kate.davis@usq.edu.au.
Visit the renewed VISION on the horizon webpage for more information on the project and how you can get involved.
