Startup Weekend is a 54-hour weekend event, during which groups of developers, business managers, startup enthusiasts, marketing gurus, graphic artists and more pitch ideas for new startup companies, teams form around the most popular ideas, and they work to develop a prototype, demo, app or presentation by Sunday evening. Pitch it to the judges and prizes are awarded.

So….What is ‘Startup Weekend Ag & the Environment’?

Startup Weekend Ag & the Environment is an awesome 54-hour weekend event. On Friday night, people passionate about agriculture, the environment or both; pitch ideas for new ideas that can benefit farms, farmers, the farm industry, the environment and for the benefit of planet Earth. Teams organically form around the most popular ideas, and they work to develop a prototype, demo, app or presentation with the help of great mentors and coaches. By Sunday evening teams are ready pitch the new companies to the judges and prizes are awarded.
