Tech Fest gives community members the opportunity to come and get hands-on with all the tech and gadgets Isaac Libraries have to offer. They also get to watch the culmination of the Lego Robotics Challenge.

Five teams of children from Clermont, Dysart, Middlemount and Moranbah showcased all they had learnt during a 10 week program. Isaac Libraries staff team up with local community mentors who volunteer their time to assist children to take on the Lego Robotics Game challenge each year.
The Tech Fest began in 2016 when Isaac Libraries received a First Lego League Robotics Grant and a Vision 2017 Grant through State Library of Queensland. Over the last three years, it has grown in popularity, with great interest, not just in Tech Fest but the Lego Robotics Challenge program as well.
