StartupWeek paves the road to Australia's future

"The potential for entrepreneurs to create the jobs of the future will be on display this week at StartupWeek Sydney. The week includes 50 events with 150 speakers across 30 venues, including incubators such as Stone & Chalk and Fishburners, the University of Technology, Sydney and Parliament House, Sydney.

Five thousand people are expected to attend the events, which will cover fintech, cleantech, Gov 2.0, health and the internet of things. Specific events will seek to increase the participation of women in IT. The Code Club session at Sydney Town Hall later this week, to introduce kids to coding, is already a full house." Read more
