Robots for all ages and abilities will be on show as part of the Hands-on with digital technologies session at the SLQ Digital Inclusion Forum.

The Digital Inclusion Forum will position public libraries and Indigenous Knowledge Centres (IKCs) in unique position to respond to the digital divide.

The Forum is only days away, and all relevant library and Council staff are encouraged to register now for the event on 26-27 June in Brisbane.Hear from Queensland public library and IKC staff as they share their experiences working with digital programming; improve your skills in coding, gaming, augmented reality and more; and, join discussions about the impact of libraries and what the research is telling us.

Head to the forum website for the full program and read about plenary sessions and workshop sessions, as well as a full list of all the technologies on offer in the Monday afternoon hands-on session.

Travel bursaries are also available to support regional public library attendance. Apply now!
