"A lot of people were taken by surprise recently when an ANZ report revealed the gender pay gap for women over their lifetime is about $700,000 - enough to buy a two-bedroom apartment in Sydney. In the US, women-led companies only receive 7% of the total venture capital funding despite having lower failure rates than male-led companies.
