Historypin grants to tell First World War stories now available

Do you have a Queensland First World War story to tell?

Applications are now open for State Library of Queensland’s Q ANZAC 100: Memories for a New Generation Historypin grants.

If you are a community based organisation (such as a library, school, RSL, museum, gallery or local history group) and have a story to tell about Queensland’s experience of the First World War or centenary commemoration activities taking place in your community, then apply for a grant of up to $10,000.

To apply, submit your completed application form to State Library of Queensland by 5 June. Projects should be designed to engage with communities to share stories of  the Queensland experience of the First World War or centenary commemorative activities. Project proposals need to be developed around creating a digital legacy for future generations on Historypin. Support will be provided by State Library of Queensland.
