State Library of Queensland staff will deliver a day of learning about how to think big, the value and use of data, question your routines and shake up your habits.
Topics covered will include:
- assessing your training needs and goal setting, identifying PD opportunities, embracing opportunities to learn new (perhaps unexpected) things
- why is data important, and what library staff should know about it
- where to find good data to help you develop effective library programs
- how to use data to your advantage when communicating with different groups (i.e. Council, community groups, library members etc..)
