First 5 Forever goes on a bear hunt!

The Excelsior Library's First 5 Forever Story time read along and watched author Michael Rosen perform "We're going on a bear hunt".

This story is a great opportunity to expose children to unusual language as well as experience the "Swishy, Swaying" grass, to "Squish and Squelch through the mud or to Splosh and Splash” across the river! The staff then made some binoculars and went on another bear hunt using all the descriptive words we could remember from the story. What fun we all had!
