Croissant queen Lune's Kate Reid creates hiring app Supp

"Esteemed pastry chef and creator of arguably Melbourne's best croissants, Kate Reid, never imagined she would become a tech entrepreneur.

The co-founder of Lune Croissanterie alongside her brother Cameron, Ms Reid is used to catering for large crowds. When her original hole-in-the-wall shop in bayside suburb Elwood closed, croissant lovers camped overnight to be first in line to buy the tasty treats on its last day of trade, and every day her croissants sell out from selected patisseries and Lune Croissanterie's new home in Fitzroy within hours.
