High tea for book week, 18 August 2017
Teacher librarians and librarians are invited to join the team at the Department of Education and Training Reading Centre for high tea and presentations from guest speakers in celebration of this year’s Book Week– ‘Escape to Everywhere’ and celebrate the positive impact reading has on people’s everyday lives.
Guest speaker Christine Bongers, former radio and television journalist, and author of children’s novels will be joining us to discuss her experiences and her journey as an author.
