Discover how digital fabrication can transform textiles in this hands-on introduction to laser cut fabric. In this workshop you will:

• Explore the unique possibilities of precision cutting and decorative etching for fashion, and textiles and craft.
• Learn the fundamentals of designing for laser cutting in Adobe Illustrator.
• And develop confidence using the laser cutter.

By the end of the session participants will have had an opportunity to create decorative pattern and motif samples.

Our 101 workshops are a great way to gain some new skills and explore creative tools, learning from experienced local creatives in an inclusive space.
