Crown making for Child Protection Week
Recommended all ages
Queensland Child Protection week 2026 encourages families, governments, and communities to do their part to ensure children have what they need to keep them safe and well to thrive and be healthy. To celebrate Child Protection Week this year we will be designing, decorating and playfully wearing our own paper crowns. Come and celebrate that every child is precious, unique, and has a voice that matters.

First 5 Forever is a family-centred program providing free playful experiences to support Queensland families on their child’s journey through the first 5 years. The program is an initiative of the Queensland Government, coordinated by State Library of Queensland and delivered in partnership with local government.
