Portrait detectives: kids gallery tour

Calling all young detectives! Join us for a special Brisbane Portrait Prize tour designed just for children and families.

Led by a friendly guide, these interactive gallery tours invite young visitors to look closer, ask questions and uncover the stories hidden within the portraits. Along the way, participants will explore fascinating artworks, discover unusual details, and take part in playful prompts and creative challenges designed to spark curiosity and imagination.

Tours may include:

• Finding clues and hidden details within the portraits
• Discovering the stories behind artists and sitters
• Interactive questions and group activities
