Play Matters Brazilian Portuguese speaking playgroup

Come and immerse your family in the vibrant world of Brazilian culture at our weekly playgroup every Tuesday morning in The Parlour at State Library. The entire playgroup is conducted in Portuguese to promote language development and introduce children to the warmth, music, and celebrations that make Brazilian culture so rich and unique. 

In our playgroup, we sing energetic songs and rhymes and dive into Brazilian folklore stories, bringing to life the magic of Carnival and other important festivities. Afterwards, the little ones can make new friends and unleash their creativity during free playtime with vivid colours celebrating the playful spirit of Brazil.
