State Library’s music collection includes scores, popular songbooks, performance sets, sheet music and sound recordings. 

Music students, professional musicians, music groups and hobbyist musicians will all find something of interest in this collection. State Library members can borrow from most of the following music collections.

Our physical music collections​ include scores, sheet music, performance sets, popular song books, reference scores, books, journals, manuscripts, and sound recordings. Some music items are also accessible online as digitised scores and via online music databases that State Library subscribes to.
