Long title: Queensland Government Online

Description: The Queensland Government Online discussion list is a forum to share information about the single website experience franchise model, and to discuss customer-centric online service delivery. This includes the fields of user interface design and development, and customer experience design. We invite anyone involved in the Queensland web community to join and to help us shape and improve this communication channel. It is a private list with requests for subscriptions first emailed to the list owner to approve the new subscriber.
