We regret to inform you that the State Library of Queensland’s Fieldwork Placement Program is now closed for submissions, and applications are no longer being accepted for this intake.

Thank you for your keen interest in the program. We encourage you to apply during the next application period in 2026. Please stay tuned for updates and announcements regarding the upcoming intake.

Application periods for 2026:

• February–March intake: Applications open in January
• April–May intake: Applications open in March
• August–September intake: Applications open in July
• October–November intake: Applications open in September
