Description: Wired Queensland Government Communicators is an internal Queensland Government information-sharing platform for Queensland Government communication professionals.

Wired provides an opportunity for government communicators to connect and share:

Communication amplification kits and toolkits
Campaigns, programs and initiatives
Events and activations
Recruitment and expressions of interest opportunities
Communication ideas, knowledge, tips and best practice
Important communication, digital and brand updates
Requests for advice, feedback or information on communication-related matters.

The Network is for government communicators only. Membership is restricted to Queensland Government employees with communication, engagement, media, marketing, digital and advertising responsibilities.

To subscribe, members must register using an official Queensland Government work email address and provide their full name and work email address.

Personal email addresses (including Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and similar services) are not permitted.

The Network is an internal discussion list. All subscription requests will be reviewed by the Network administrator or list owner before membership is approved.

The administrator reserves the right to refuse or remove memberships that do not meet eligibility requirements.

How to post on Wired:

Send relevant email to: wired@listserv.slq.qld.gov.au
Include relevant subject line
Include relevant message (that aligns with Terms of Engagement) in email body
Ensure any attachments referenced in the body copy are attached
Ensure any links within the body copy are tested prior to sending
Ensure relevant internal approvals are sought prior to sending to Wired Queensland Government Communicators
Include your email signature block that includes your email address and contact number

Your personal information will be managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and will not be disclosed to third parties unless authorised or required by law.
