Conditions of Entry
- The competition's instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrants agree to the conditions of entry.
- The Promoter is State Library of Queensland, Stanley Place, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101 ABN: 45 872 652 679.
- If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, the entrant must have permission to enter the competition from a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years or over.
- The competition is drawn on Monday 15 July and the promotional period is from 9am to 6pm on 12 July 2024. Three winners will be chosen.
- One entry per person only will be accepted.
- An entry consists of an eligible entrant subscribing to First 5 Forever via survey monkey form (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/L2RF6S6)
- Eligible entries consist of subscribers who live in Queensland and who are a carer or parent of a child under 5 years of age.
- Entrants must have subscribed within the promotional period of the competition being live to be eligible to go in the running for the prize that month.
- The winners will be the first three valid entries chosen at random by a representative of State Library of Queensland from the pool of entrants.
- The winners will be notified by email from a State Library of Queensland representative.
- Prizes will be posted to the winning entries’ identified address that State Library of Queensland will obtain from the winners via email.
- The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
- In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days from initial contact, a replacement winner will be drawn at random by a representative of State Library and the original winner will forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
- The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for the prize or entries being damaged, late, stolen or lost.
- The competition will be governed by the laws of Queensland.
- The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
