Brand research survey competition: terms & conditions

Conditions of Entry

  1. The competition's instructions on how to enter form part of the conditions of entry. By entering the competition, entrants agree to the conditions of entry.
  2. The Promoter is State Library of Queensland, Stanley Place, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101 ABN: 45 872 652 679.
  3. If an entrant is under the age of 18 years, the entrant must have permission to enter the competition from a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years or over.
  4. The competition is drawn after the surveys closure. The winner will be notified by 30 June 2026.
  5. One entry per person only will be accepted.
  6. An entry consists of an eligible entrant completing the First 5 Forever brand research survey.
  7. Eligible entrants must be based in Queensland and who are a carer or parent of a child under 5 years of age.
  8. The winner will be the first valid entry chosen at random by a representative of State Library of Queensland from the pool of entrants.
  9. The winners will be notified by email from a State Library of Queensland representative.
  10. The prize will be posted to the winner’s identified address that State Library of Queensland will obtain from the winner via email.
  11. The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  12. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days from initial contact, a replacement winner will be drawn at random by a representative of State Library and the original winner will forfeit any and all rights to the prize.
  13. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for the prize or entries being damaged, late, stolen or lost.
  14. The competition will be governed by the laws of Queensland.
  15. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
