Turbo-charge your writing in our fun workshops
You are writing a heart racing adventure story and your pencil is nearly flying off the page. Your hero is about to tackle an alien/save the day/win the prize when she says...? Discover the art of dialogue and join fellow writers for a celebration of the written word. Bring along a favourite piece of writing from home or share your newly created dialogue. Facilitated by author Samantha Wheeler, this session is a great opportunity for families to have some fun together and share their creativity.
Samantha Wheeler is a Queensland author known for delighting children with her books 'Smooch & Rose, Mister Cassowary’ and 'Turtle Trackers’. Samantha recently authored Once I Munched a Mango as part of the Stories for Little Queenslanders series published by State Library of Queensland and available in public libraries throughout Queensland and as ebooks and audiobooks on the First 5 Forever website.
