Mini Queenslander community library

Recommended ages 8 – 12 

Using laser cut components, paint, glue, and your imagination, assemble, customise and decorate your very own mini Queenslander community library. Explore the intricate details of the humble Queenslander and paint your own mini stained-glass windows and architraves to add to your creation. Decide your own colour palette and sprinkle with creativity to add your unique touch. Best of all, once the workshop is complete, you can proudly take your one-of-a-kind creation home, ready to share the joy of reading and sharing with your community.

Before you book  

• For the safety of our young people and families, please remember to wear closed-toe shoes to this workshop.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult during these workshops.  

• Tickets include 1 kit and are for a minimum of 1 adult and 1 child but can include up to 4 people in total.

• Bring your own lunch or purchase from café during the lunch break.
