Electronics bench induction (12 Nov)

Our electronics workbench has soldering and test equipment that you can use to build, troubleshoot and repair your electronics projects.  

In this induction you will learn about some common components and how to safely use the equipment. If you would like to take home a project kit it will be an additional $25 which covers the cost of the resources.  

Once you've completed this induction you can book and use The Edge electronics benches in the Open lab. 

 

REQUIREMENTS TO VISIT SOME OF THE SPACES AT THE EDGE 

• Participants must be over 16 years of age.  

• Enclosed, flat footwear must be worn at all times in the Innovation lab.

Please become a State Library member before you arrive. If you already have a State Library member account, make sure you know your login details as you may be required to login during the workshop to access State Library computers, and to make bookings for equipment.
