Congratulations!

The project ’Using AI to find images at lightning speed' received $30,000 from the generous Crowd Giving guests.  The project was led by Chenoa Pettrup, State Library’s Coordinator of Digital Library Initiatives. The project will apply cutting-edge Artifical Intelligence to transform the way people explore State Library's vast video collections, enhancing accessibility and use.

Thank you to Courtney Talbot, President of the Queensland Library Foundation and Andrew Baker, from Perpetual for being fabulous co-hosts and funders. Thanks also to every  supporter for generously donating towards the important work of State Library of Queensland.

If you missed joining us in person, you can still support these important projects by making a donation. If you would prefer to donate by phone or EFT, please contact the Foundation Office on 3840 7767

Project 1 — Amplifying children’s perspectives through art
Elevating the importance of children's unique voices and experiences by documenting and collecting their artworks and perspectives on play. This project will enrich our UNESCO-listed children's art collection and create exhibitions, to be featured in a new dedicated space at State Library.
