TOPIC

With different backgrounds, interests and experiences, culturally diverse teams have a greater capacity for lateral thinking and looking at an issue or problem from different perspectives. This diverse thinking drives innovation and the ability to generate higher-quality solutions. However, the potential of multicultural teams is often impeded by the challenges of cultivating trust among team members and overcoming communication barriers. In this webinar, James will look at how to tap into the creativity of culturally diverse teams to generate ideas and implement innovative solutions. He’ll share the lessons learned on communicating effectively across cultures, building team trust, encouraging productive conflict, and creating a culture of creativity.
