Startup Incubator Disruption? Libraries reinvented into startup incubators and entrepreneur centers

"Public libraries already are adapting to the evolving needs of communities apart from serving as repositories of books, recorded media and as computer centers. It wouldn’t be a big stretch to see them provide a new range of services and facilities geared toward entrepreneurs. In fact, there’s evidence that they could fill a gap between everything that’s provided by incubators and higher education institutions. Additionally, there could be ties to business organizations, government economic/business development agencies and new types of startup support entities.
