"Australian small businesses are in two minds when it comes to considering themselves innovative, according to the recently released The Economy of Shopping Small report released by American Express. Yet many of the 43 per cent of Australian small businesses that believe they're not innovative don't realise that what sparked their success was an innovative product or service solution. Of the 57 per cent of those surveyed that believe they are innovative, 91 per cent believe innovation drives the overall success of their business." Read more
