Bags policy
This policy aims to give visitors to the South Bank building access to our collections and facilities, and also ensure the safety of the collections, facilities and staff.

The purpose of this policy is to promote rewarding and responsible use of public computer facilities provided by State Library at its South Bank building.

Extended Enquiries Policy
This policy relates to enquiries received by State Library staff which cannot be completed immediately, and often require significant time and expertise to complete. Defines the goals, what can and cannot be done, etc.
