Bring your student groups to State Library to research and study. We have a group space available on Level 3 to complete research and work on assessments, with tables and the capacity for teachers to give quiet instruction. Level 3 also provides access to reference material and assistance from desk staff.

Study session times:

Monday to Friday | 10.00am – 12.00pm | 12.30pm – 2.30pm

There is a 30-person maximum group size for each session. This includes all accompanying adults. A ratio of 1 adult to 19 students is required.

Please note this is a request to book and that 14-days' notice is required. We may need to contact you in order to arrange dates and times. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is finalised.

Note that bookings are not available on weekends and public holidays.
