Visit The Corner to hear Quantum Physics for Babies

By Karen Hind | 20 March 2018

Bring your under-5s to The Corner at the State Library of Queensland for a special story time session to hear physicist Chris Ferrie (https://csferrie.com/books/) read his latest release junior title Quantum Physics for Babies. This book is the perfect way to introduce basic concepts to even the youngest scientist, and the adults will love the tongue-in-cheek approach.

Chris will be in The Corner as part of the World Science Festival 2018 on Friday 23 March from 10.30-11am. This event is free and no bookings are required!

Quantum Physics for Babies is a colourful and simple introduction to the principle which gives quantum physics its name. Baby will find out that energy is "quantized" and the weird world of atoms never comes to a standstill. It is never too early to become a quantum physicist!
