Frankie - This Australian classic has been featured in previous mag-related posts. It’s not strictly on the topic of wellbeing. However, its beautifully curated pages offer a source of escape. Perusing the products in the regular ‘Frank Bits’ section is almost like visiting your local weekend markets. And the comedic styles of writers such as Caro Cooper and Samantha Prendergast won’t fail to bring a smile to your face. This month’s issue is a winter special with plenty of ideas to while away hours at home, so be sure to check it out.

The Simple Things - This magazine encourages readers to enjoy life’s small pleasures. For those suffering from cabin fever, it has lots of good bucolic vibes and tips on how to make home more inviting. Nourishing recipes provide food for the belly and articles on poetry, writing and topical issues provide food for thought. This magazine is published in the UK, so for readers feeling the effects of seasonal affective disorder, there is plenty of bright, summery inspiration in the latest issue.

Better Nutrition and Nourish and Flourish - two mags for finding wellbeing through food. The “Cook Your Anxiety Away” article in the latest issue of Better Nutrition is perfect for uncertain times. And the chocolate feature in the latest Nourish and Flourish will give readers a much-needed oxytocin boost.
